luxury hotel with amicable staff, has peaceful location in a very quiet area.

The staff were very helpful and it's located in a secure and quiet area with a lovely courtyard view.

The rooms were nicely furnished and comfortable with good quality bedding. the location was convenient, close to the main road.

The advertised BBQ facilities were not available, as we had planned to have a New Year's Eve BBQ. there was some noise from other rooms that disturbed our sleep.

Great value for money, cozy beds, superb decoration, clean rooms, friendly staff.

I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's excellent facilities - comfortable beds, modern amenities such as a microwave and flat-screen TV, and a spacious bathroom. The hotel is situated in a very quiet and safe area of the city, with dedicated undercover parking behind an electric gate. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and efficient in assisting with check-in.

I had a fantastic stay at 44 On Brownlee! The rooms were beautifully decorated with comfortable beds and quality linen. I loved having a flat screen TV with a good selection of channels, and the air conditioner kept the room at a perfect temperature. The spacious bathroom with a large shower was a bonus. The mini-kitchen with a microwave, kettle, and fridge was convenient, and I appreciated the selection of tea, coffee. The dedicated undercover parking behind an electric gate made me feel safe. it was a great value for money and I would definitely recommend 44 On Brownlee to others!

There was a slight noise from the other rooms, but it wasn't too loud. Another minor drawback was the need to check in and collect the key at the Anathi Hotel, which wasn't clearly communicated.

We had a wonderful family stay in a quiet and safe area with comfortable, spacious rooms. the modern facilities, including a fridge, microwave, and kettle, exceeded our expectations. the high ceiling and clean bathrooms added to our comfort. Wifi and secure parking were an added bonus.

We were slightly inconvenienced by the check-in process, having to visit two properties located nearby.
